What a Thanksgiving it was! We had 29 inches of rain in 5 days.

Our faithful expats didn't care, they still all showed up. We even had walk ins!

Thursday Nights

Every Thursday Night we have Live Music from 6 - 9pm.

Lorenzo Sunu Cruz Art Exhibit

Guatemalan Artist, Lorenzo Sunu Cruz did a 3 Day Exhibit in Roatan.

It was a tremendous success and we look forward to having him back again soon.

Summer Splash Beach Party 2014

August 9, 2014 we had a another fun filled Beach Party at the Beach Grill.

Live Music was by the Bobby Rieman Band and the Carleen Roth Band.

September 13, 2014 was our first Salsa Dancing at the Beach Grill!

A HUGE shout out to our Guest Chef Rai Sosa for the fabulous Puerto Rican Buffet he put together for us and to Nuria Corraliza for being our "DJ" and putting together a great selection of Salsa Music!

We can't wait for our next one!

We have Live Music on Thursday Night's at the Beach Grill.

Our main musician is Scott Chamberlain. We have guest musicians when Scott is off of the island or he brings musicians in to jam with him.

It is always a fun evening.

Ladies Luncheon, November 4, 2014

Wow! Nothing stops these wonderful ladies from their luncheon, not even a torrential downpour!!!
Such a fun group and the biggest luncheon we have had with them so far, 29 people! Welcome ladies and welcome back to the expats that are just starting to arrive.

Canadian Thanksgiving 2014

October 13, 2014 was Canadian Thanksgiving.
It was fun having our Canadian friends and non-Canadians that just wanted some Turkey.

American Thanksgiving 2014

2nd year in a row we had a Northerner hit us on the US Thanksgiving!
All of the reservations showed up except 1 and we were able to fit a few walkins in. Biggest Thanksgiving for us so far, 98 people!
Thank you to all that braved the weather and came out and enjoyed some Turkey with lights on or by candle light. 🙂

PACKERS PLAYOFF PARTY, January 11, 2015

Thank you to all that came out to cheer the Green Bay Packers onto VICTORY over the Cowboys!

Nail biting game and a lot of fun people.

The Green Bay fans were from Milwaukee WI, Lake Geneva WI, Jamaica, Madison WI and Washington DC and a converted Cleveland browns fan!

HGTV's Caribbean Life Viewing Party, January 1, 2015

We kicked the New Year off right with the Viewing of "A Family Leaves Dry Texas for Tropical Roatan" on HGTV.

Alex Poirier of About Real Estate and his buyers were here with friends to watch the show.

Guest Chef Night with Chef Michael Sammartino

What a fabulous dinner and turnout!

Chef Mike made a Tour of Italy plate for our guest.
Started out with Fresh Blue Harbour Hydroponic salad with grilled veggies and a homemade Balsamic Dijon Mustard dressing to die for!

Then came the entree of Meat lasagna (over heard a guest say it was the "silkiest" lasagna he has ever had!), pasta with garlic sauce and to top it...

Canadian Thanksgiving 2016

This year we started off with a little rain but then it cleared to be the usual perfect weather for the Canadian Thanksgiving. Thank you to all that came out to enjoy our Turkey Dinner with all of the fixin's. Also thank you to Nikki of Flowers by Design (opening her shop this month by Bulk Gourmet!) for the beautiful flowers.
